HOW TO RETURN A PARCEL:
Please follow the following guide to return a parcel to flow custom europe:
International / canary islands:
Note international shipping is an Exportation of Goods, be sure you declare LOW VALUE when shipping or declare “Export for Repair, Not commercial Value” , duty fees and taxes applied at Reception are not Included and will be charged to Customer when we send them back.
National / europe:
Shippings between Europe Countries are not suitable for Duties , fees, or Taxes, you can ship straight to us.
Packaging :
Be sure the packaging is in good conditions and perfectly protected (damages during transportation are not covered), we will send back with the same packaging received.
Batteries:
The batteries are considered Hazardous goods and cant be shipped easily , please contact us before shipping.
